After careful site selection and preparation, our studio project officially kicked off!
To save on budget and meet personalized needs, we decided to roll up our sleeves and build this studio from the ground up.
Starting with a Profile Desk
Office furniture forms the foundation of a studio, with the workbench being the centerpiece. After some research, we opted to DIY a workbench using industrial aluminum profiles. This material is robust, durable, highly malleable, and relatively affordable! We also custom-ordered a large-sized marine plywood desktop.
Once the materials arrived, we gathered around, studied the blueprints, divided tasks, and worked together—tightening screws, assembling the frame, installing the tabletop... Although we encountered several challenges along the way, such as misaligned screws and mismatched dimensions, everyone pulled together, and we successfully turned the design on paper into reality.
Step by Step, Perfecting the Space
With the workbench in place, the studio began to take shape. Next, we started to gradually refine the space.
Team collaboration brought joy and harmony to the process.
